Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Faulty Items

If you have received an item you believe to be faulty, please email a photo of proof to info@bellahub.com.au and contact us to discuss your options for a repair, replacement or refund.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We recommend sending your return via trackable post and goods are your responsibility until they reach our office.

Please ensure they’re packed securely or using a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are posting. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note: we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards other than as required by the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Address

We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.

Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us immediately. Dispatch of orders may be delayed when address correction or amendment is requested.
